A strong CV isn’t the same as a strong Monday.
Ten questions, about two minutes, and you get an honest read on where your work actually stands — not where it looks like it stands. There are no right answers; the useful ones are the true ones.
No spam. Your result shows right here and lands in your inbox — nothing else automated.
What the Career Snapshot measures
Not your CV. Ten questions on how work actually sits with you right now: whether the role still fits the person doing it, how far it is from what you’d choose, and what the Monday feeling has been telling you.
How the score works
Your answers become a score from 0 to 100. Most of the weight sits on two things: how you rate where you are, and how close that is to where you want to be. The rest is context. There is no pass mark. The useful number is the true one.
What happens after
Your result shows on screen and lands in your inbox, with a short read-back in your own words. If it says something you’d rather not leave alone, the next step is a free first conversation. No programme, no pitch. One honest talk.
