Our team

A small team. Three continents. One standard.

The people closest to you shape more than your mood — they shape your mindset, your momentum, and your outcomes. This is who you'd actually be working with.

Philippe Wagner

Founder, Coach

Philippe Wagner

English · Deutsch

Philippe brings over 30 years of international experience across industries and cultures. What clients remember most is not his CV, but the presence he brings: steady, clear, and quietly transformative.

His path has taken him through high-pressure choices and seasons of uncertainty. Over time, those experiences shifted his focus toward what matters most: helping people lead with integrity and navigate change with courage and calm.

"It's about always showing up — with clarity, courage, and care. Not just for the goals we set, but for the person we're becoming on the way there."
Franz Kohler

Coach, Facilitator, Explorer

Franz Kohler

English · Deutsch

Franz has never followed a conventional path. He began as a journalist, drawn to the stories people live but don't always tell out loud. That curiosity led him into leadership, consulting, and literally across continents.

Franz helps people slow down enough to hear themselves clearly, then move forward with simple, practical steps. He combines warmth, clear structure, and a steady kind of challenge that brings both focus and relief.

"It's about choosing presence and opportunity over predictability and autopilot. The path won't always be smooth — but the journey is always worth the dust."
Sandra Caracol

Emotional Therapist & Conscious Parenting Mentor

Sandra Caracol

English · Português

Sandra works where things get very real, very fast: in the space between what you feel, how you react, and who's watching you do it. As an Emotional Therapist and Conscious Parenting Mentor, she supports mothers and fathers who love their children fiercely, yet find themselves stuck in the cycle of shouting, guilt, and frustration — wondering why they keep reacting in ways they promised themselves they wouldn't.

Her work is less about "perfect parenting" and more about emotional literacy at its source. Drawing on Emotional Intelligence, Schema Therapy, emotional coaching, and conscious education, she helps people recognise the patterns they inherited, notice what gets triggered in the day-to-day chaos, and build new ways of relating — to themselves first, then to their children and everyone around them.

Deep change in families doesn't start with fixing children's behaviour. It starts with adults learning to meet their own emotions differently — with more presence, less self-attack, and a willingness to break patterns rather than pass them on.

"The way you relate to what you feel is the loudest lesson you ever teach. When you're willing to look inside with honesty and courage, you're not just changing your own story — you're changing the one your children will inherit."
Barbara Neufeld

Marriage & Family Systems Coach

Barbara Neufeld

English

Barbara Neufeld is a Marriage and Family Systems Coach and the founder of Home Centered Leadership. She helps individuals and couples understand the deeper patterns shaping their relationships — at home, at work, and in the places where those two worlds often meet.

Her systems lens was built over more than twenty years inside organizations — working alongside senior executives, boards of directors, and cross-functional teams across the corporate, healthcare, nonprofit, and philanthropic worlds. Through strategy, innovation, Lean process improvement, and board governance, one conviction kept proving itself: healthy systems help people thrive. Lasting change happens when people understand the purpose behind the work, feel respected through the process, and are trusted to contribute.

That conviction now grounds her coaching. People don't live or lead in isolation — they move within relational systems, and when those systems are under pressure, the same conflicts repeat. Barbara looks beneath the surface to the hidden dynamics shaping how her clients lead and relate, helping them shift the patterns that no longer serve them and build stronger, more stable ways of relating.

She has particular expertise in remarriage and blended families, drawing from the Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy, applied neuroscience, and Self-Concept coaching to help clients break generational cycles and build relationships that hold over time.

"The relationships closest to you are the mirror you can't avoid. When you're willing to look clearly, everything else begins to shift."
Özlem Dinçkal

Team Dynamics & Communication Facilitator

Özlem Dinçkal

English · Türkçe

Özlem works in the space most teams try to smooth over — the friction between people who think nothing alike. The fast decider, the careful questioner, the one who keeps the peace, the one chasing the next idea: put them in a room and tension is almost guaranteed. But that tension isn't the problem. It's the raw material. Özlem helps teams turn "why can't we agree?" into "how do we think better together?"

Her work makes the invisible visible. She surfaces each person's strengths, their communication style, and how they behave under stress — so a team stops reading difference as conflict and starts using it as a source of creativity. The decisiveness of one, the depth of another, the empathy of a third, the energy of a fourth: separately they collide, together they compound. When people understand how they're wired, the same differences that once divided a room begin to drive it.

What shifts isn't only the meetings, though those start producing outcomes. People at every level feel heard, leaders see their own patterns and their team's dynamics with new clarity, and underneath it all psychological safety takes root — the freedom to speak up, ask the hard question, or get it wrong without fear. She brings this to family businesses learning to institutionalise, to teams divided by generation or department, and to the thoughtful, capable professional who's always the quietest voice in the room. As Turkey's only certified Imago Professional Facilitator, she has led this work inside organisations for fifteen years.

"Differences aren't what break a team — unspoken differences are. When people finally understand how each other think, the friction becomes the fuel."
Karsten Blauel

Logosynthesis® Trainer, Trauma Counsellor & Systemic Coach

Karsten Blauel

Deutsch · English

Karsten has spent more than three decades in education and personal development. For most of that time he has worked across two worlds that rarely meet, teaching electrical engineering and computer science in Cologne while accompanying people through hard professional and personal seasons. He brings the clarity and structure of that world into the work he does with people.

As a trauma counsellor and systemic coach, he sits with what people carry — the professional or personal challenge that has stopped moving — without rushing past it. Working through something is not the same as pushing past it. One leaves a person more tired; the other tends to give them back the energy they have been spending to hold it all in place.

Karsten is a Logosynthesis® trainer, and the method is central to how he works. He trains coaches, counsellors and psychotherapists in its application, and has contributed to three books on the work, to put it within reach of people who carry more than they tend to show.

"We don't have to fight the past to be free of it. With the right words, we can let it go, and turn back toward the life in front of us."
